This trek takes place in the north of Kathmandu offering
some of the most dramatic close-up views of some of the highest and most
beautiful mountains in the world. This trek brings you to the Langtang Valley
surrounded by Himalayan Peaks. Langtang Lirung-7240m., langshish and Ganesh
Himal are the highest in the region. Trek to the sacred Lakes of Gosainkunda,
climb the Laurebina pass into the Valley of Helambu.
The trip Commence with an overland journey to Dunche, the main trading post of
the area. From here, spending four days hiking up through this beautiful alpine
valley to Kyangjin where sujested to have a rest for a day for some exploration
of the high mountains and glacier systems. Track back for three days before a
journey to the Sacred lakes of Gossainkund a major pilgrimage sight for both
Hindus and Buddhists. We cross the Laurebina pass (4600m.) and drop into the
lush Helambu region and different cultural experiences. Eventually trek back
from Chisapani to Sundarijal and an hour drive to Kathmandu. This is a very
rewarding trek in a less frequented area.

Day 03 Syabrubesi / Lama hotel (2480 m.)
Day 04 Lama Hotel / Langtang village (3541 m.)
Day 05 Langtang village / Kyangjin Gompa (3900 m.)
Day 06 Explore around Kyangjn Gompa
Day 07 Kyangjin Gompa / Ghora Tabela (2950 m.)
Day 08 Ghora Tabela / Bamboo (2100 m.)
Day 09 Bamboo / Thulo Syabru (2200 m.)
Day 10 Thulo Syabru / Sing Gompa (3580 m.)
Day 11 Sing Gompa / Gosainkunda (4381 m.)
Day 12 Cross over Lauribina pass (4600 m.), descend to Thare Pati (3600 m.)
Day 13 Thare Pati / Kutumsang
Day 14 Kutumsang / Chisopani
Day 15 Chisopani / Kathmandu
